About Sol Space

Hi my name is Stephanie and I am a Reiki Master, holistic beauty practitioner and proud single parent to two young girls.

My spiritual curiosity started from a young age and has led me down the path of reiki. Because of early challenges that occurred in my life I wanted to give myself the opportunity for personal healing and spiritual growth.

I studied and completed my masters in Reiki over the course of 5 years and also have 20 year experience in beauty specializing in holistic skin therapy and wellness. Through my studies, I learnt that beauty is soul deep and starts from within and every person deserves to feel whole and nourished in themselves.

Holding space for people to help and guide them to a greater connection to their soul path is part of my purpose here. I believe when we live a life from our heart we are more connected to ourselves, mother earth and each other and life presents us with more joy, faith and love.
